Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and will be applied toward your service total.
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.
A valid card is required on file, and missed appointments may be charged in full.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.
