How often should I receive a HydraFacial?
Frequency depends on your skin condition and goals. Normal maintenance: every 3–4 weeks. Dry or sensitive skin: every 2–3 weeks. Congestion, oiliness, or uneven tone: every 2 weeks. As your skin improves, treatments can transition into a monthly routine for long-term results
The introductory rate is available for first-time visits and can be applied to the Signature HydraFacial.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and will be applied toward your service total.
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.
A valid card is required on file, and missed appointments may be charged in full.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.

Membership Policy

Membership includes one session per month and is non-transferable. Sessions should be used within the billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session, and missed visits will be counted as redeemed.
